We are a really working family, wife works 40 hr weeks, I work 40-50hr weeks. Kids need a better morning routine and help making food, giving the kids attention in the mornings and evenings. In the evenings hopefully take them outside for some fresh air and help our daughter with home work. Ideally help with morning routine, 7:00-9:00 twice a week Help out evenings three times a week from 3pm-5:30pm
