I recently just had a baby girl, she's currently 6 months old. It can be a challenge some days but overall very rewarding becoming a parent. My partner and I don't have any help, it's just us two but that's okay. We also have a 9 year old cat who took alot of adapting when our little girl arrived but she's getting there.
