**Currently only seeking to fill Nanny A position as Nanny B is filled.** My husband Graeme and I have 2 girls (Mackenzie 8 and Nova 7) and 2 boys (Oscar 5 and Milo 3), all very different, vibrant kids. They are all autistic and so in a lot of ways are very independent while in other areas have some more dependencies than other kids their age. In the right routine and environment they are a delight to care for. Someone who is comfortable working with kids with alternate needs is a must, although attitude is everything so even if you don't have the experience yet but eager to learn then please get in touch. We are looking to hire 2 part-time nannies. Nanny A is to help cover the busy 2:30-5:30pm time each weekday (15hrs per week flexible). This role would include helping with kindy/school pickups and cooking dinner for the family in our home. Sometimes you'd be caring for any number of the kids alone, so we can nip out to do errands with or without some of the kids. Other times you'd be helping alongside us, and potentially asked to pick up groceries, tidy up after the kids etc. Nanny B is needed to cover at least 1 weeknight per week approximately 5-11pm in our home so we can get out for a date night/lifegroup etc. The role includes cooking dinner for the kids and getting them off to bed. This nanny is also needed on Sunday mornings from roughly 10:45-12:45pm to care for the kids in Sunday school while we attend a church service. We would also likely alternate either a second weekday evening, or some hours on a Saturday each week to care for some of the kids at home while we rotate taking them for trips out. (approx 12hrs per week flexible) Once per year we will aim to do a trip away with the family and would hire 1 or both of the nannies to join us to assist with the kids on the trip. Most of the above is flexible and we would love to use your strengths to find the right fit as we expand our family team. Full drivers license and a vehicle are necessary. You will be set up and ready to go in the Manawanui payroll system once on-board. The payrate will be $32ph.
